Fabric

The most common material used in FIBC construction is 100% virgin polypropylene, petroleum based product which is a tough relatively inert thermoplastic. Woven polypropylene is made from extruded polypropylene resin, which is made from petroleum feedstock. Typically the Fabric used for the construction of the FIBC bags are made by weaving from polypropylene granules and are UV stabilized. UVI stands for Ultraviolet Inhibitor, which is an additive that is added to the resin during the extrusion process. It will

assist in protecting the bulk bag from the harmful effects of UV rays, thereby protecting it from degrading and becoming unstable and unsafe.

The PP Woven fabric is stitched using different methods depending upon the type of construction the bag is made. All Stitching is Double Stitched or Spiral Stitched using High Tenacity Heavy Denier PP Multifilament Yarn. The entire Manufacturing Facility is maintained in Clean Room Conditions Suitable for Food Grade Material Also.
